Rich Eisen Podcast: Rob Riggle

2012 ESPY host Rob Riggle joins “The Rich Eisen Podcast”

As we celebrate Independence Day, who better to have on the podcast than Rob Riggle, a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps — and one of funniest guys in comedy these days? A big-time Kansas City Chiefs fan, Riggle chats with Rich about the pretty big week he has coming up – he’ll be hosting the 2012 ESPY Awards on July 11. Plus, Riggle shares a great story about his brief training-camp stint as a member of the Seattle Seahawks (courtesy of coach Pete Carroll).

Catch the TV version of the podcast Thursday at 1:30 p.m. ET on NFL Network, featuring Rob Riggle, Anthony Jeselnik and a trip down memory lane with videos of Rich’s first ever on-camera gig from 20 years ago.

Rich Eisen Podcast: Anthony Jeselnik

Rich welcomes into NFL Network studios comedian Anthony Jeselnik, who burst onto the national scene following back-to-back hilarious performances on Comedy Central’s roasts of Charlie Sheen and Donald Trump. A Pittsburgh native, Jeselnik also considers himself a die-hard fan of the black and gold. He tells a story of how the Steelers’ loss to the New England Patriots in the 2001 AFC Championship game nearly ended his friendship with his college roommate, and current NFL.com Around The League editor Gregg Rosenthal.

Later this week, Rob Riggle stops by talk about his beloved Kansas City Chiefs and his upcoming gig hosting the 2012 ESPY’s.

Enjoy, and as always, thanks for downloading!
